John Goullet, Principle Executive and Co-founder of Diversant is actively involved in the Newark and New Jersey communities. He and Diversant′s employees volunteer their time and provide funds to help support non-profit organizations dedicated to promoting education for S.T.E.M. Diversant collaborates with their clients and representatives of the United States Government to encourage students to pursue a career in science and technology. John Goullet is active with the Black Data Processing Associates, Marion P. Thomas Carter School Foundation (MPTCS), and Program for Acceleration in Careers of Engineering (PACE). These non-profits focus on diversity in the workplace and creating jobs, as well as scholarship funding.
Black Data Processing Associates, a non-profit organization and its members serves the New Jersey communities by providing outreach programs in information technology (IT), computer science, mathematics, and education. Diversant also supports the Marion P. Thomas Carter School Foundation, an organization that provides scholarships to high school, college, and university students. Diversant′s employees and Mr. Goullet volunteer their time to PACE to help minority students attending high school in the Newark community. The students are mentored and prepared for technical careers in orientations and workshops. They are provided with instructions for pursuing a college education in mathematics and engineering before graduating from high school.
After John graduated from Ursinus College, he worked for the Computer Science Corporation as a Consultant and Information Technology Staffing Account Executive, in the early 1980s. He decided to start his own business, Info Technologies, Inc. and served as the Chief Executive Officer before the merger with Diversant, LLC. Goullet is Chairman, Co-Founder, and Principle Executive at the IT Staffing Firm. The firm offers job placement for direct hire, temporary, and contract-to-hire information technology positions nationally and globally.
Diversant has successfully expanded its office locations to nine U.S. States, including Arizona, California, Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Goullet and the Diversant Team in New Jersey and other U.S. States continuously contribute their time and expertise to help students and businesses in communities. Newark high school graduates have received over $150,000 in scholarship funds from the Marion P. Thomas Charter School Foundation.
